"I chose this location based on reviews, and many of the reviews were saying that the place was exceptionally clean, which was a top priority of mine, even though it was a reasonable rated stay When we got there, I was thoroughly disgusted and didn’t even wanna sleep there, but it was late and we couldn’t change The entrance carpet is filthy and tattered. "The property is beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. A special shoutout to their coffee and tea bar- it had a wider selection of teas than most supermarkets! We also loved having dinner on the peaceful backyard patio, which is thoughtfully enclosed with pest screens. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to spot hummingbirds several times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning."

"We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK."

"The deluxe suite we had was wonderful and so clean. It appears that the hotel has been completely renovated. The village is a bit pricey but worth it if you just want to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be returning in the fall."

"This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded."
