Comfortable, practical and perfectly located—book early, this one won’t last.

    Designed for effortless city stays, this smart townhouse blends space, storage and comfort in a prime Christchurch location.

    Downstairs you’ll find a queen bedroom with its own ensuite—ideal for couples, colleagues or grandparents
    —plus a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
    The large dining table seats six comfortably, perfect for shared meals or work catch-ups.
    Sliding doors open to a private, sheltered outdoor living area for morning coffee or evening wine.
    Upstairs are two king bedrooms.
    The master enjoys its own ensuite, while the second king bedroom is serviced by a full bathroom just across the hall—no queuing, no compromises.

    Heat pumps on both levels keep the home comfortable year-round.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent storage and all the Care Property Stays essentials:

    Before your arrival, we`ll provide comprehensive instructions for entering the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords. The property has an electronic door code for easy access, removing the hassle of keys.

    Early check-ins/late checkouts are possible for an additional fee of $10 per hour, with a maximum of 2 hours. This extra cost covers express cleaning and is subject to availability.

    We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
    Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

    Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

    The carpark comes with an EV car charging station free to use throughout your stay. This is a type 2 charger - please note a cable is not provided so you will need to bring cable to use the charging station.

    Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.

    City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you`ll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people walking by, cars passing, and the occasional siren.

    Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!
    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

    We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

    Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
