The ground/first floor presents a generously sized bedroom featuring a spacious Queen bed and single sofa bed with 5 star hotel linen, a wardrobe, and a full bathroom equipped with both a shower, vanity, heated towel rail and heated bidet toilet. Linen for sofa bed is an additional cost. As you ascend to the second floor, a delightful living space, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and a charming dining area invite you. Step out onto the captivating north-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing meals at home, otherwise step out your front door to a magnitude of dining options. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building. Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement. City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises.
