Gloucester balcony apartment with free parking in Christchurch

Enjoy a sunny balcony, two bathrooms and your own parking space in this central apartment. Two bedrooms provide standard sleeping space for four, with a sofa bed available only on a five-guest booking. There are two flights of stairs and no elevator. Nearby construction may cause noise during the day.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and a full kitchen with Nespresso coffee. Enjoy TVs in both bedrooms and the lounge, heated bathroom floors, washer and dryer, and board games. The sunny balcony provides outdoor space. The sofa bed is locked for standard bookings: to use it, you must book for five guests even if fewer people will stay.

Guest access
The entire apartment and balcony are private to your booking. Access requires two flights of stairs; there is no elevator. A private parking space is included. Sofa-bed access is only included when the reservation is made for five guests.

Location and transport
A central Gloucester Street base for exploring Christchurch. Construction nearby may be audible during the day.
One free private parking space is included. Please consider the two flights of stairs when planning luggage or travelling with anyone who has limited mobility.

Guests must climb two flight stairs to reach the apartment.

1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Sofabed: Our base rate covers up to 4 guests using the standard beds (1 Double, 2 Singles). The sofa bed is physically locked. If your group requires the use of the sofa bed, you MUST select 5 guests when making your reservation, regardless of your actual group size. The extra nightly fee covers the required linen and setup.
4: Transport and labor costs for unlocking door
Working Hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM): $60 NZD
After Hours, Weekends & Public Holidays: $150 NZD

6: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
7: Switch off all appliances when you are out
8: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
