Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the coastal village of Mudeford, Mudeford Moments is a delightful holiday retreat where you can relax and unwind or base yourself to explore all this beautiful area has to offer.

A Moment to explore the area

This recently renovated bungalow is just a 10-minute (flat) walk from the family friendly Avon Beach, with its enticing food outlets and amenities, and the idyllic fishing harbour of Mudeford Quay. From here you can enjoy spectacular views across the harbour to the historical market town of Christchurch or the Hengistbury Head nature reserve (accessible by a small ferry from Mudeford Quay). The sunsets across the harbour are not to be missed. Whether you are in the mood for a stroll in the salty air, soothed by the sound of the waves and the seabirds overhead, you want to sample the local seafood or try your hand at one of the many water sports on offer (to include paddleboarding, windsurfing and sailing), this holiday destination will charm your senses and provide food for the soul. The New Forest, with endless opportunities for roaming amongst the ponies, deer and birdlife, is accessible a short drive away. Be sure to also make time for a walk around the grounds of nearby Highcliffe Castle.

When you arrive at Mudeford Moments, you will be greeted by a light and spacious hallway leading to a fabulous open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. This is a wonderful space for spending time with family and friends and relaxing. The lounge is equipped with a large television for winding down after a day in the outdoors and the generous kitchen has everything you need (including oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher) to cook up your coastal culinary delights. There is an all-important filter coffee machine for serving up your morning beverage on the breakfast bar.

Two sets of bi-fold doors open this area up to the generously apportioned private garden, with outside dining facilities and sun loungers. Apple trees line the rear fence, offering a tantalising opportunity for home made pies and crumbles when the season provides.

The property benefits from three bedrooms; two bright doubles and a twin room. One of the double rooms leads through to a conservatory – perfect for some quiet time reading or morning yoga. The fresh, coastal-inspired interior has been thoughtfully designed to create a tranquil and uplifting ambience, where the worries of every day life can be far from your mind.

There is a shower room (with toilet) and a separate bathroom (also with toilet), where you can soak after an invigorating winter walk or wash off those sandy summer toes.

The property has ample off-road parking for 3 cars.
