    This centrally located multi-level apartment setup combines two private units within the same building on Saint Asaph Street, Christchurch Central City. Ideal for families, small groups, or business travellers, the layout offers both shared space and separation, making it well-suited for flexible group stays.

    On the ground floor is a self-contained studio apartment with kitchenette, ideal for added privacy within the same booking. Perfect for travelling with older relatives.

    Main Apartment:
    Located upstairs, above the ground floor unit, the main apartment is designed for shared living, featuring a functional open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The full kitchen is equipped for everyday meals, while the living space provides room to relax after a day in the city plus a sofa bed for extra guests.

    Second level includes:
    Two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two king singles
    One full bathroom

    Across both units, guests have access to three sleeping areas, two full bathrooms, and both a full kitchen and kitchenette, making it practical for groups with different schedules.

    The property includes air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, fast WiFi, and fresh linen and towels. A secure bike lock is also available for guests exploring nearby cycling routes.

    Located in the central city, you can walk to Te Pae Convention Centre, cafés, restaurants, Riverside Market, and the tram route, making it an easy base for both business and leisure stays.

    Guests have full access to both units in ground floor and upstairs, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, full kitchen, and kitchenette.

    Access is via a secure keypad, with full check-in instructions provided prior to arrival.

    Please note these are two separate units within the same building. One is a ground floor unit and the other one is via stair access only.

    There is no dedicated parking. Street parking is available nearby.

    Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

    We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are always available if needed. Our Christchurch-based team can assist with anything from local recommendations to property support.

    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
    Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
