"The hotel is new and has a great style and feel to it even though there were very few guests. Almost every morning, afternoon and evenlng we were alone in the restaurant and around the pool. However it was low season and we experienced this most of the places we stayed in Thailand.
The staff is very service minded and they really made our stay perfect. They can make anything possible and they have really got the hang of the 5 star mindset.

I staying in the Suite on 4th Floor. A magnificent tradition Thai Apartment.

"We enjoyed our stay here. Our cabin overlooked rice fields that was very pleasant, especially seeing farmers working in their fields. Lots of tour groups stay here so meal times can be busy. Breakfast buffet was extensive. We did not eat dinner here. The pool looked lovely especially at night time."

"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

1. Wir versuchten wenige Minuten nach der Buchung ein Storno, weil wir sahen, dass es 1:15 von chiang rai entfernt ist und sich lediglich in der region Chiang Rai befindet. Das Hotel hat den Storno verweigert. Ist ihr gutes Recht, daher auch nur erwähnt, damit andere den Fehler nicht machen. Geht nicht in meine Bewertung ein.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, and will do everything for you. For free they make the most delicious breakfast, which you choose the day before from a number of different dishes, you can choose between ordinary breakfast and traditional thai.
Among other thing we one day borrowed the free bikes and took on a trip to the Baan Dam museum about 5 km....
