"The Ryokan is very old and seems quite worn and also smells really old. The service was excellent and the baths outstanding. The food looks impressive but is not really that tasty. A bit on the expensive side compared to similar accommodation in Japan."

"This property is a private appatment, which is fairly obvious when booking. What is not obvious was that it is a very steep climb in the 1km walk from the railway station. The "How to get there" Info made available after booking was very detailed but should include "if you have heavey luggage, take a taxi!"."

"Everything is walking distance from this property. They even provide a 4-500 ¥ washer and dryer. The only negative thing I can think of is the filters and vents and sealing fans need to be dusted. Other than that it was a pleasure to of stayed there."

"Great staff, nice view, clean room and nice onsen"
