"Wonderful large room with very comfortable bed. Also had a full sized fridge freezer.. useful for families. Large comfortable desk for my work, large tv and a great shower. Hotel had strong WiFi and a good breakfast. Breakfast is cooked to order and service is great. Safe neighborhood and friendly staff."

"Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience. That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and the hotel staff then went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was a pleasant one. Their attentiveness, willingness to listen and genuine efforts to turn things around did...

"Me encantó. Siempre limpió comida excelente"

"Improvement is required in staff English and customer service. as I consider this to be an international business hotel."

"Fantastic place and staff. Good service, warm atmosphere. Nice view. everything was just perfect!"

"Hotel nota 10/ equipe super simpático, Quero citar o funcionário João Paulo como um profissional nota 1 ooo, super recomendo este hotel."

This means that it is almost impossible to get back to the hotel by taxi (and being lost in a taxi that drives around for hours in Luanda,...

"Estadia excelente. Infelizmente a reserva não ofereceu o café da manhã."

"Good"

"Friendly staff. Great breakfast. We'll located. Recommended for low to medium budget."

"Room was clean and well presented, although bathroom was dated and showing signs of age. Hotel used by companies to house staff and workers either leaving or entering country; as such check in was mayhem with 50+ people from a company trying to check in. Took me over 30 minutes before I could be checked in . Same issue with buffet dinner with too many people for the size."

"They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc… I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast."
