Inside, you'll find a welcoming cottage atmosphere filled with the warmth and charm that have made Chincoteague a beloved vacation destination for generations. The Dolphin House offers comfortable accommodations while providing a peaceful home base for exploring the island's natural beauty, wildlife, local shops, and restaurants. Tucked on Clark Street, it’s a short stroll to Historic Main Street where you can enjoy the Waterfront Park, and lots of shopping and dining options. All of this, and you’re just down the street from Assateague National Seashore, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free!

As you enter through the amazing Screened Porch, you already cannot wait to gather here - maybe pick some Local Crabs or have a Seafood Boil! Kick off your shoes, and let the fun begin - you’re on Island Time now!

The Dolphin House has 2 Living Areas, perfect for spending time together without ever feeling crowded. You’ll love relaxing and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV after a day at the beach. Each Living Area has a Sleeper Sofa, just in case you need it. A renovated Full Bath is also on the 1st Floor, and has a Tub/Shower Combo.

Family meals will be a bay breeze in the huge Eat-in Kitchen with tons of cabinet and work space. Dine in the comfort of the cool AC, or at one of the huge Dining Tables on the Screened Porch, and take in that salty, sweet bay breeze. The Laundry Area is just off the Kitchen, with a Stacked Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 2 Bedrooms and another Full Bath. Bedroom 1 is the Primary Bedroom, with crisp white and nautical navy, and a comfy Queen Bed. The Attached Full Bath is a great addition, and has a Walk-in Shower. Just across the hall, Bedroom 2 is bright and cheerful, and also has a Queen Bed.
