"Great little Euro type lodging. Right on the banks of the river, easy walking to town, river walk, hot springs, modern fire pit, great patio, even bikes to borrow!! Very clean,well appointed, comfortable bedding. Independent check in/out. Staff availability by phone and text. We loved it. Next visit to Pagosa is a no brainer."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Nightingale motel. It’s a modern cabin vibe, which I loved! The room was super clean and comfortable and the customer service was attentive. There’s a really good restaurant right next to the motel literally just walking out of your room; you have to have one of their burgers they are delicious. There is not much light during the nighttime so just keep that in mind. Def recommend if you want something more affordable than the resort and it is only about 2 mins...

Cons: cold-food only breakfast (except for waffles), that was the same every day. Seating was very tight at times during breakfast. Small in-room refrigerator did not have freezer section. TV was streaming only, and was connected via Wifi, causing it to studder often during programming."

The double shower was fantastic. The only thing not perfect was the super high bed. A sturdy safe set of steps was provided to get in. But if you fall out of it you will definitely break. I would happily stay here again."

"Upon arrival I was checking in the person working proceeded to act very discussed when I brought to her attention we have service dogs 2 of them I also have all the proper paperwork she was very rude after that Then my husband went to see if the sell ice and rudely told him he would have to go to town but failed to share there was a near by convenience store so we had warm beverages I hope something is done to educate this women on how customer service works for both parties "

"This property was a great surprise! I booked it for the price. But the experience was great! The property manager noticed on our reservation that we had kids traveling with us and made sure we knew about the river and games available to play on the property. We cant wait to go back and experience all that the property has to offer!"
