Han sørgede for alt, viste os til rette, faciliteterne, hvad vi kunne se i byen og i nærområdet og så var han særlig hjælpsom med at booke en tur til Mirador Torres del Paine, hvilket var en fantastisk oplevelse. Tjenerne, som sørgede for aftensmaden var ligeledes fantastiske, hjælpsomme, præsentable og imødekommende.. De fik os til at føle os virkelig værdsat. "

"No funcionaba el restaurante salvo para desayuno y para comida o cena solo el día que llegamos y el lunes, el desayuno con oportunidades ya que era poco variado y solo desayuno frio.
La salida de la recepción con mucho lodo y charcos de agua, creo que mínimo deberían de colocar graba para mejorar.
La atención en el restaurante mala, al mesero le encanta el teléfono en lugar de trabajar.

"Nice hotel, well located inside the park saving you a couple hours every day for the tours. The navigation of Grey Lake sail just a few steps from the hotel. The food was grate, and watching the “Big Pane” from your room has no price."
