The rooms were super clean with water view as well. The housekeeping staff were amazing making us feels at home .. I highly recommend this BEAUTIFUL hotel "

"We stayed 1 night at Kau lodge as we transitioned from Patagonia to Chiloé during our travels. We arrived on a rainy Wednesday evening, and to our surprise their cafe is closed weekly on Wednesdays. Their location is not too far from the Plaza de Armas, which has many restaurants and shops near by. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accomodate an early breakfast for us the next day. Our room was plenty of space for two, and we had an amazing view out to the gulf. Overall...

"We arrived very late, around midnight, and didn’t realize that the reception on this side was already closed. However, we were able to check in at the Almasur Hotel next to the express. The staff at Almasur were extremely friendly and helpful—much more so than the express reception. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire, and the Almasur hotel staff went out of their way to assist us by calling local tire shops on our behalf. Since it was Saturday, many shops were unavailable, but they kindly allowed...

Han sørgede for alt, viste os til rette, faciliteterne, hvad vi kunne se i byen og i nærområdet og så var han særlig hjælpsom med at booke en tur til Mirador Torres del Paine, hvilket var en fantastisk oplevelse. Tjenerne, som sørgede for aftensmaden var ligeledes fantastiske, hjælpsomme, præsentable og imødekommende.. De fik os til at føle os virkelig værdsat. "
