"We ended up having to book this hotel last minute due to difficulties at a different hotel. I called this hotel late at night and they had the room configuration we needed. The guy at the desk was very helpful and got me quickly checked in. The hotel was very clean and had coffee, fused water, etc in the lobby still. Our room was clean and sufficient for our needs. This hotel is located in a newly developed area so there isn’t much traffic noise. Unfortunately this probably won’t be the case...

"Overall excellent. The staff was friendly. The only minor issue was that there frequently was no one manning the front desk. You often had to wait several minutes for someone to appear. One time, we were in a bit of a hurry and needed to buy 2 items from the store on our way out. Finally, a member of the breakfast kitchen staff wrote down our room number and the 2 items so that the front desk could ring them up when they came back to the front desk."

"Picked this hotel based on good reviews and it was all that! Clean room, comfortable beds, extensive breakfast. Area around hotel is nice too, plenty of shopping (big box stores mostly) tons of restaurants, and easy access to head towards downtown or Lincoln."

The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated that eyes were burning after about 20 min which always makes me wonder about cleanliness and upkeep. Didn’t use the hot tub as there wasn’t a thermometer or way to read the temperature and water didn’t quite feel hot enough. Breakfast was standard with pancakes, eggs, meat biscuits and gravy etc and all...

"Rooms were nice. We had to ask for pool towels twice, though. They did promptly call about our granddaughter leaving her swimsuit and made arrangements to have it mailed back to her. Would definitely stay again. "

"All around it was great. We came for our daughter's dance competition. When we arrived here for check-in the staff at the front desk was nice and polite. When we made it to our room it was what I expected. It was a total of 5 so I booked a suite. My wife, daughter, and 2 sons. We really enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and in a nice place to stay. We will stay here again on our next trip to Omaha."
