The Hotel is located on the riverfront of the peaceful site ‘Colvale Villege’, Bardez the old town. We requested for an early check-in, it was approved, we request for a late check-out, it was approved also, even on a off season time, some hotel would not have approved it. "Very friendly staff different experience "

"Service og selve hotelfaciliteterne er suplime! Vores værelse ud til poolen var fint, lidt slidt og lidt nusset af et 5 stjernet hotel og være- men Grand Hyatt gjorde vores ferie ultra lækkert! Restauranterne var fantastiske, især pool og verandah.. kunne godt have brugt at der var et godt udvalg af is!"

"Hotellet lå godt, ca. 5 min gang fra stranden. Personalet gav en rigtig service, værelset fra stort og rent. AC blæserstyrken kunne ikke justeres, hvilket var eneste minus."

My husband celebrated his birthday during our visit, and the head chef arranged a cake, which was even served with a birthday song from him and his team. Such a thoughtful and personal gesture and the cake was complimentary. I didn’t meet a single staff member without a smile or a kind greeting.
