"Balcony room was surprisingly large, comfortable, relatively quiet. Friendly staff. The restaurant is expensive and the food is surprisingly poor for the price, particularly the breakfast. "

"The room was really well laid out and had a lot of character in terms of the internal design etc. Really convenient appliances such as the clothing steamer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove. I only used the steamer though. Location is great. Access to banks, restaurants, pharmacy is quite good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good stay at an amazingly affordable price."

"Optimal location close to the Mall. Easy and cheap transfer from and to the IAD airport via the metro silver line. Lots of good eateries in the area with both Michele's and The Bakers Daughter inhouse. Nice room with comfy bed. But the best is the staff. Very friendly and serviceminded. The entire place oozes inclusion. If in Washington again, this place is high on my list."
