" I didn't realise when I booked the hotel was on the motorway services. However we were able to use the service road to access in and out of the services without going on the M25. Room was clean everything you needed.
The lady on reception was so helpful told us where to find local places to eat and even gave me the fan from reception for my room as it was so hot.
It's not a luxury hotel but the service was fantastic and the room comfortable would definitely book again."

My room was at the very top of the building, my stay was during a heatwave, the hotel doesn't have aircon so the room was very hot, so sleep was difficult. I asked for a fan, but it had already been given to another guest. So perhaps the owners could...

The food in the Bistro was excellent and the service from the team in the bar is wonderful as well. Great location for walking to local restaurants and shopping. The only negative thing was the orange juice at breakfast. I'm sure it was a mistake I had already taken a few large gulps of it before I tasted it was very furmented. I didn't do very well from 12 to 24hrs after that because of that. However, the rest of the breakfast was top notch...
