The holiday flat is located in Chiclana de la Frontera (urbanization novo Sancti Petri) and is perfect to enjoy a unique holiday with your loved ones in a quiet and familiar urbanization.

It is a penthouse, second floor without lift, it consists of a living room with sofa-bed for two people, a separate kitchen equipped with all appliances, bedroom with double bed and garden views, bathroom with shower, no air conditioning but ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living room and a private terrace to relax in the evenings.

This accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and additional services include wifi and television.

The outside area has a large garden with sunshade areas, two fenced swimming pools (for children and adults) open from 15th June to 15th September and a paddle tennis court.

It includes individual numbered parking space within the enclosure.

The property is located close to the beach, next to the Sancti Petri Hills golf course and Tartessos shopping centre with supermarket open from Monday to Sunday during the summer season, there is a bus stop to La Barrosa beach.

Only guests over 35 years old are allowed.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed and events are not allowed.

Parties are forbidden and the rest of the neighbourhood must be respected.

This establishment has energy efficient lighting, please note that there may be government water regulations in force at the time of your visit, which may affect the use of the swimming pool, watering the garden or limit the use of tap water.
