Apartment "Casa Mercedes" close to the Beach with Pool & Garden

Apartment Casa Mercedes is situated in a seaside urbanization near Chiclana de la Frontera and is only a short walk from the beach. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a television.



The private outdoor area has an open/covered terrace with deck chairs, while the communal outdoor area boasts a large pool (pen from mid-June to mid-September) surrounded by trees and greenery, where you can take swims and enjoy the sun or the shade.



The closest supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants can be reached within 8 minutes on foot (600-800m), and after 750 m or 9 minutes on foot, you will get to the sandy beach Playa de la Barrosa, where you can relax and enjoy swims in the clear blue water. Along the beach, you will also find several more cafés and restaurants.



From the property, Conil de la Frontera is a 10-minute drive or 6 km away, and the beautiful city of Cádiz can be reached after a 40-minute drive (30 km). The nearest international airport lies outside Jerez, 55 km or a 45-minute drive from the apartment.

Due to the local ordinance, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and passers-by. Therefore, noises that may cause inconvenience during the night, from 11 o'clock at night to 7 o'clock in the morning, are not allowed.
