"My room was stuffy and the air never got cold. I turned it down to 60 degrees (the lowest setting)and it didn’t get cool in the room. The workers were courteous and professional. Check-in was quick. You have to pay $20 for parking at check-in for self-parking or you can use valet. Close to all the outlet stores."

"Only two stars for the room because of the comfort of the bed and the room which were very new and modern. No service at all for the two nights I stayed there. They didn’t even made the bed, cleaned the room og filled up the coffee. There’s a lot of noise 24/7 from the hotel across the street. The ventilation system was so noisy it could even be heard when the balcony door was closed. Furthermore they had their parking space there too. "Neighborhood is a little rough. Nothing the hotel can do about it. THey have done a nice job fixing things up and the staff is wonderful. I parked one night at hotel and then found the lot across the street that has come and go as you please. I would love to see the city clean it up but sorry to say it will be a long time if I return. Again the Hotel and staff are wonderful."
