It sits on the shores of Chichester Harbour and is home to a locked marina on the site of a former tide millpond. Getting Around:
With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that connects you to East and West Wittering, and Chichester. There are local taxi firms too, which Fresh Air Holidays can advise on. Chichester has a train station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth and London.

Other Things to Note:
★ PET POLICY ★

We welcome responsible dog owners. We do ask a few things though:

- Dogs must be well/house trained
- Dogs should only be allowed in the communal parts of the house, not in bedrooms or upstairs
- Please clear up after your dog in the garden and around the property (fines payable if this isn't adhered to)
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they're allowed into the house
- Please never leave dogs in the property unsupervised
