GETTING AROUND 52 Bus (to Witterings): Less than 1 minute walk on Stockbridge road. Chichester Train Station: 5- minute walk towards the city centre. London: Trains from London Victoria to Chichester run every 30 minutes and take approximately 1.5 hours.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS Chichester is a charming city, known for its cobbled streets and stunning Cathedral. If you're lucky, you might even spot the Peregrine Falcons that nest there! For a relaxing break between shopping, take a stroll along the city’s Walls - you can start the walk at the bottom of East Street or from Market Avenue.
If you have a car, the nearby South Downs offer some beautiful walking spots. A few of our favourites include Halnaker Windmill (PO18 0NF), The Trundle near Goodwood Racecourse (PO18 0SP), Chalkdock Marsh in Itchenor (PO20 7AE), and the scenic Slindon Estate (Park Lane, Arundel).
Don’t miss the Chichester Festival Theatre, especially in summer when they host incredible plays and a musical. For a charming escape, Bosham—just 4 miles away- is a quaint harbour village with rich Saxon history, perfect for a delightful afternoon visit.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.
We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.
PETS One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the house, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age). - Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. - Please do not allow them in the bedrooms or on the furniture. - Please clear up after them around the property. - Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house. - Please do not leave them alone in the property.
YOUNG CHILDREN Kindly inform us at the time of booking if you require a cot or high chair. Please note, we do not provide cot bedding or linen, so we ask that you bring your own.
