Very friendly staff, clean room and halls, excellent location. Sufficient breakfast buffet, limited fruit choices. As in all downtown hotels windows closed; air conditioning was working well.

Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were awesome. Great location and walkability. On the negative side, the lack of ventilation in the rooms (at least on the 21st floor) was very disturbing. No exhaust in the bathroom, one AC vent with excruciatingly slow fan, and zero air circulation.

Love the complementary breakfast that was included, it allowed me to go down and have a cuppa coffee and then come back and get ready for my day. Would totally recommend this place to anybody who wanted to visit this fabulous city!

Only complaint I had was the bath towels had blood and yellow stains on them. I called the concierge to have towels replaced there was no answer. Had to go out and buy towels next day. And on last day we found 2 bed bugs/ticks on our headboard. Sadly will not return to this hotel.

The checkin process was fast and efficient.It is a bit of a hassle to get to the lobby (the lobby is not in the ground floor, but 2-3 levels above ground floor).
