The room was disgusting, uncleaned and ant infested. Breakfast was okay, service was good.

The hotel is under construction. There's workers working on 1st & 2nd floors and in the lobby as you first walk in. That's the first thing you see. Totally Unacceptable . Should have closed for renovation. No microwaves in the rooms. Substandard breakfast. The best thing about the stay was the pool. Even that had black particles in it.

When I book this stay I was aware they were undergoing renovations so I accepted a construction mess, however this property had garbage (not from construction but food waste) laying around everywhere ( hallways, ice machine area and stairwells) except the main lobby. The room we stayed in had a huge hole in the wall from obvious water damage from the AC unit. Surprisingly there didn’t appear to be any bugs and the beds were comfortable. We chose to stay since we prepaid for the room. My husband tried the breakfast and stated it was adequate. It was difficult to fine the front desk staff, we waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in and we attempted to report the hole in our wall and that people were smoking in a room near us and no one was to be found. We will not be staying again.

I had a two night stay for May 17-19. First night there, we arrived in the room with some stains on a sheet, they came and changed it for us, we should’ve known better than to stay because the next morning my son woke up with many bug bites on his body, which leads us to believe bedbugs. We went down to the front desk to talk to them and demand, they couldn’t help us and kept telling us to email management and management will get back to us. On top of that, there was renovation going on, place smell like feet and Indian food, they did not tell us this when I called to make reservations. I would highly recommend this place to someone that you don’t like.

We stayed here for a week and at 75 a night for a king suite I must say yes it’s older. It’s clean the remodeling first and second floors, so there is a lot of a lot of dust dirt and elevator shut down hallways filled with overspray. My thought would be you’d have to shut down and let them take care of a whole one floor at a time, but that staff were very helpful outgoing a little high priced on the snacks and I thought it was a $75 deposit for the dog turns out to be a $75 charge. Other than that I gave it a three it’s not a high dollar motel there is plenty of them around here was not looking to spend on a godly amount of money when I’m here on business , not in room to offer

Was not informed about construction in the hotel prior to arriving. Most floors were cordoned off and common spaces were quite dirty. The rooms themselves were clean and the staff was very courteous.

I knew there were non street facing rooms but when I asked for one I was denied. The street facing rooms were so noisy it was impossible to get a peaceful sleep. The entire building was dirty.

No TVS? I should get a refund our bathroom literally is covered in water I’m scared to even turn the shower on! The beds still had hair on them from the last person! Just sick all around 0 stars!!

Property is undergoing renovation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are very basic ( no meat and bad coffee) and saw large flies around breakfast counter. Room was kind of darkish and seemed semi-clean.

Got to our room it feels very cramped with the way the furniture is placed. The tv doesn’t have cable or it wasn’t working so it was literally useless. The bed was firm and uncomfortable. The hotel is under construction so some of the elevators our out of service which means you have to walk all around the hotel to get to a working elevator. (If that’s what you want to call it, never trusted an elevator less.)

Front desk, very friendly, professional. Dish network was down so no TV. Beds were comfy, and I slept okay. Room was clean, though there was a glob of chewed gum in the wastebasket. Bathroom sink drained slowly. Didn't use the shower so can't speak to water pressure or shower conditions. As it seems with most mid-priced hotels these days, there was a general sense of rundownness. But the room was only about $70, so I guess that's part for the course these days. Only one of two elevators that we encountered worked. Feels like a safety concern to me, as a disabled person can't use stairs. Breakfast was cold carbs(cereal, bread), make your own waffles, (syrup from container labeled "hot syrup" was cold,), scrambled eggs. Found a hair on my plate, not sure if it was in the eggs or on the plate but either way made it already not so great (for me) breakfast less appealing.

List: Televisions didn't work, dead bolt door lock didn't work, only one elevator and one ice machine worked in the 4 story complex, stayed 2 days only two paper cups in room for both days for two people, no maid service for second day had to use same cups, no meat for breakfast and coffee was cold on second day, had eggs but they were cold crumbs first day. There is probably more but this is enough.

If I only had 3 words for this review, they would be Out of Order. The ice machine was out of order. All of the tv service was out of order. One of the elevators was out of order, the coffee machine at breakfast was out of order. They're renovating which is needed because it's definitely run down and outdated...but if they're going to neglect everything else during the process as well as expect guests to ignore the construction, they shouldn't charge this much. The only employee I interacted with was very nice. That's the only good thing I can say about this stay.

Hotel is under construction. No TV signal in rooms. Pool not available. Breakfast was scant. Called down twice to report TV outage. No returned call. Upon departure, another guest was in the lobby waiting to speak with the manager to render the same complaints. We were not advised upon booking or check in of these issues. We would have chosen another hotel. This hotel should be removed from hotels.com until they have appropriate accommodations.

Apparently going through renovations. Would have never picked that place had I known that. Walls were very then and tv did not work all night. I would actually like to see if I could get a credit due to the issues.

-Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable -Very quiet, didn't hear much in the halls while staying here, slept well, didn't seem to be a lot of people staying here -Staff was very friendly and kind Cons -It is under construction so if you are looking for all the frills this isn't the place right now.. Would certainly stay here again as most important to me is a clean, quiet room.

We were not informed until we checked in the hotel was under construction. The TV’s in the entire building were not working. The pool and restaurant were closed due to construction. Only one elevator was in use. Someone was smoking pot in that elevator and around the hotel all weekend, the room next to me had a dog that was barking. The chair in our room and carpet were disgusting. Continental breakfast was a joke. Cereal and bread. Waffle maker and coffee pots were broken along with the rest rooms on the main floor. It was horrible and I will be working on getting a refund as I paid $ 98 a night!!

The room was fine. The hotel was under constructuon so the hallways werent that great. The biggest issue was that NOBODY was there when we tried to check in. Seriously, we had to wait 20 minutes for the girl to come and check us in. When she finally came, she smelled of alcohol. Iwouldve cancelled my reservation and gone elsewhere if it wasnt past check in time.

The cable service was out all three days. The original room was under the rooftop mechanicals and was noisy as hell. The front desk moved us to a better room,no problems. Overall, this hotel is a work in progress, and the pricing reflects that.

Misleading and Inaccurate description
This hotel is under major reconstruction, and the staff is doing nothing to make up for it. The hotel furniture is falling apart, the hallways to the elevator are loaded with drywall dust and debris. The breakfast is just sad, and the TV only played analog channels, and a very fuzzy picture at that. Swimming pool was out of commission, and when you looked into the hotel courtyard, all you saw was trash and litter, overturned patio chairs, tables and cushions. We had the impression this hotel had once been abandoned, and somebody is trying to bring it back to life. Please update the status of this hotel on your website. Don’t think I will be using Hotels.com in the future.
