"Stayed here for StarWars Celebration weekend and it was an awesome hotel to stay at. Super quiet, great breakfast buffet in morning and so many great amenities from Free bar area, wine, bucket of ice or water, and it was a HUGE and spacious room. Also had a mini hot tub with TV in shower room which was a cool experience. Definitely a place to stay if you’re in area with monorail nearby and train/ bus station 5 min walk away that has bus stop that’ll take you straight to airport. "

"Perfekt beliggende ved terminal 3. Går direkte fra hotellet og ind til skranken for indtjek.
Jeg rejste alene så for mig betød det ikke noget at væggene til badeværelset var af glas men tænker det kunne betyde noget hvis man var et par. Muligt at trække rullegardin med for bruseren men ikke ved toilettet. "
"Stayed at 35th floor and the view was great. Comfortable room with good bed, but room can quickly get crowded in case of two large size luggages.
Gym is well equipped and nice.
7-eleven nearby with 24/7 service and Shinagawa station only a short walk away.

"I had the best time at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo. From the bell service to the breakfast waitstaff, every team member made our stay incredibly comfortable. I don’t remember all their names, but their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. As a mom traveling with a child, I felt completely at ease and well taken care of. "First and foremost, the view from the hotel room is incredible, just WOW!😍 It is a super nice hotel for good money, it is really worth it. There is self check-in and check-out boxes, which is very convenient. The room is very nice and clean! There is a convenience store and microwaves in the lowest floor with a space for eating, I liked it a lot, as it was super convenient! The Japanese public bath in the hotel was also very nice. Just 1 minute from the hotel there is a very nice and beautiful park (look at the photo) The next time I’m going to Tokyo, I will stay here again!☺️"
"Had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. Room was definitely a bit small but nothing unusual for Japan. The services available at the hotel such as laundry were mediocre. Fitness was almost non-existent. TV and movie options were super bad (for any non-Japanese speaker) but the Chromecast option worked. Not impressed by the restaurant / room service options and the taxi service was a mess. Other than that the place was pleasant and comfortable. "
