We operate with a legally registered hotel license and are situated in a highly secure residential neighborhood with 24-hour security. The front of the house boasts stunning views of Doi Suthep, while the backyard connects to a tranquil small canal that flows into the Ping River.

We also cover neighboring provinces like Chiang Rai (White Temple, Blue Temple, Black House) and Lamphun. This is significantly more cost-effective than booking standard tour packages.

1.2.3 Operating Hours : Check-in day: From 3:00 PM | Check-out day: Until 11:59 AM | Standard days: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. (Please notify us in advance if early transportation is required).

6.2 No Parties : Large gatherings or loud parties are not permitted inside the villa.
