Unfortunately I was not able to do so and no other option was given. When I checked into my room (King room with jetted tub) I noticed that it was clean and had the right size bed. "Everything was great except the pool. It was kind of grimy looking. But that isn't something that is a necessity for us. The room was spacious with plenty of desk space for us to work remotely. The kitchenette had the necessary pots/pans/etc to make some basic dinners. We stayed a week while visiting kids/grandkids near by. It was perfect for us and I suspect we will be booking it again."

"Breakfast was good, and the area was decent, though there wasn’t much going on nearby. The staff was friendly and generally helpful throughout our stay. However, housekeeping did not come to change the towels, replace the toilet paper, or make the beds. Overall, it was still a nice experience. We had to leave a day early, and the staff handled the change without any issues."
