"I will never stay at your property again. Stayed there last year and fell in love with it. As time like Idid last year I purchased two rooms. I ask for a refund on one of my rooms due, to the fact my sister passport was stolen. I was no because you booked threw Expedia it does not matter I paid for rooms. The manager from Expedia emailed the manager, and the manager was to slack and rude to respond"

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."

"The staff at Grace Bay are exceptional and attentive. Special shout outs to Tiffany our personal Concierge and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), Yves, Both made our trip that much more enjoyable. Breakfast was an added bonus and very calming environment beachside. Lewis the night bartender at the Infinite Lounge was a great compliment to the evening drinks. Highly recommend GBC"

"The bed’s too tall. I’m 5’3” and had a hard time getting in it. Had the same problem in St. Croix. I don’t know why they gotta make these beds so high. Love, love, love the floating, circular rafts out in the water at the beach. Most of the staff was great, especially Larry who probably was maintenance and Aleaha at the front desk. The guy who puts the chairs away on the beach at night, grabbed the table with my drink in it, and completely ignored me when I said hey, what happened to my drink?...

"A true hidden jewel. Everything is superb. The breakfast right on point. The staff courteous and friendly. The room immaculate. The poolside bar with cool and refreshing beverages-with and without alcohol. The food ordered at the bar surprisingly tasty. (The bartender Cosmel is warm, engaging and entertaining.). This is a cannot miss pick for a superb vacation."

Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled. Worked out perfect!
