"We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!"

"Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2...

"The condo was perfect for our family of three adults. Its location was scenic and within 15-20 minutes of the sites we wanted to see. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The entire trip from booking to departing went smoothly with input and advice from our host. A great vacation!"

"Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you"

"Clean, well appointed, great communication, but get a parking spot through an app. The metro was a bit of a hike with luggage and tired kids, so we used ride services for most days. "This was a great place. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there."
