The house is ready to welcome your group, from the youngest to the oldest:

One with a double bunk bed and a work desk

Dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and more

Essentials provided: oil, salt, pepper, and ground coffee

Please note:

Boats are not available during the winter season (October 15 to June 1).

Bringing your own boats to the lake is not allowed.

-You will have full access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a storage area

IMPORTANT:

Minimum booking age: 25.

Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. A $1,500 fine may be issued by the patrol. Please respect this rule to avoid any inconvenience.

Pre-Registration Requirements:

All guests must complete a pre-registration form via an EnsoConnect link to our online guest guide, sent upon booking confirmation.

Verification requires the guest to provide contact information, a valid ID, and authorization for an $800 security deposit hold.

Damage Protection Options:
We understand that accidents can happen. To give you peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options to protect both your visit and the property:

Damage Waiver

For a small one-time fee, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage as well as normal wear and tear during your stay. It provides coverage of up to $85, protecting you against unexpected repair or replacement costs and helping keep the property in excellent condition for you and future guests.

Note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Please report any damage before departure.

Security Deposit

You may also choose to pay a refundable $800 security deposit to cover any potential damage during your stay.

If no damage is found after your departure, the hold on your payment method will be released.

Note: Processing can take up to 14 days depending on your credit card provider.

ATTENTION:

Parties are not allowed. Maintaining neighborhood peace is a priority.

Winter Travel: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended from November to April due to steep roads leading to the chalet.

Terrain: Since the chalet is new, the ground may be muddy or soft in some areas after heavy rain.

Wi-Fi

The chalet has excellent Wi-Fi with speeds of 125 Mbps, allowing you to work remotely without issues.

TV

There are 3 smart TVs in the unit. Cable is not provided, but you can log into your Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and other streaming accounts directly on the TVs.

Fireplaces / Wood

An indoor and an outdoor fireplace are available for your use.

Note: Don’t forget to bring your firewood and fire starters to fully enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace.

The outdoor fireplace is not accessible from November to April.

Pets

Pets are allowed (maximum 2 per rental).
