The verification steps require guests to provide their contact details, a valid ID, and a $800 security deposit authorization.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $800 is required to cover any potential damages. If no damages are found, the hold will be released after check-out.

Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.

House Rules

No smoking inside the property, including vaping. $250 fine.

Visitors must be approved in advance.

Please report any damage or issues promptly to the property manager. The owner/manager reserves the right to terminate the stay in case of rule violations.
