Please complete this prior to your stay to provide a smooth check-in. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Other things to note
No pets are allowed.
Please note there is one exterior security camera that faces the driveway. It records 24/7 for security purposes and to monitor cleaning staff.

There is also a noise/cigarette and marijuana smoke detector in the house. If you smoke please go outside and make sure all doors are closed.

There will be a $300 fine for any smoke detection in the house.

String lights are on timers inside the Govee app. If they do not turn on please check the instructions just inside the front door.


Firewood is not provided. Please bring it with you if you plan to use the fire pit. It is for sale at the bottom of the road for your convenience.
