"It is a nice little place to stay. Has all the basics furnished. The stairs going up were fun for my kids, not so much for me, they are very steep. It is a very nice home. In a quiet neighborhood. The town is great, along with the sightseeing options that are very close."

"We had a wonderful stay here celebrating our son’s birthday. The rooms were clean and cozy. AC worked well. We made pizzas together in the spacious kitchen. We utilized the grill too and enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor spaces. Mammoth Spring is such a beautiful area. Highly recommend!"

"Our family of three and another family of three came for the weekend and had the best time! The house was wonderful and perfect for us. We enjoyed swimming by the dock and having such easy access to fun activities for the kids including a beach, boat rental, the community center, and the town. We were very comfortable in the house, and we were super impressed with how clean and new everything was. Definitely recommend Cherokee Village and this property!"

"We had a fantastic stay! Our group included my husband and I, our kids, my mother, and two of our friends and their kids (5 adults plus children ages 3-9). Each one of us had a wonderful time. We visited during the busy, popular 2024 eclipse time and spent an extended weekend relaxing and enjoying the lake view from the sunroom, the pier, the fire circle (perfect eclipse viewing spot!), and the back porch. "Myself, my husband, and my father in law came out fir Easter weekend. The property is as described in the listing. We did not encounter any issues. Nice and quiet right on the water. We were able to do plenty of fishing off the dock and right off the deck. We really enjoyed our stay!!!"
