"Wow what a serene beautiful setting in the River. We were absolutely spoilt with attention & great service.
Chef Anish & assistant chef Baby cooked to order & delicious with lots of it. Jeevan & everyone made our stay perfect, especially after our hour sunset boat trip we had a table set up under the tree on the edge of the River. Alchil the nite porter super helpful. We had the Ayurveda massage & wow another amazing experience. "

"Had a wonderful experience at the Taj near Kochi airport. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, yet the property feels peaceful and relaxing. Dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes and outstanding hospitality. Truly a five-star experience all around. Highly recommended!"

Clean and comfortable bed, the facilities were user friendly and easy access to the airport.The highlight was the scrumptious buffet breakfast . We would definitely recommend this hotel and revisit when we are here. The only drawback is that no complimentary shuttle service from the airport . Transport is provided on request with a fee and I had to contact them twice to confirm details."

However, they drove us to the terminal very early in the morning in their nice SUV for free. Restaurant could improve, and check in procedures are probably a little too bureaucratic. Rooftop pool works fine, and will probably become even more charming when they have developed the rest of their roof, which seems on the way."
