A modern self contained studio apartment located on a quiet and modern development, close to Cheltenham Town Centre.

Built in 2019, this modern self-contained studio apartment is located on a quiet, modern development, close to Cheltenham Town Centre.

Accessed via its own private front door this studio offers an open plan bedroom and living room area with a comfy king-sized zip and link bed, that can be split into single beds on request, a sofa with flat screen SMART 32" TV, modern shower room and a kitchenette. Although small, the kitchenette still has an under-counter fridge, washing machine, 2-ring induction hob, microwave oven, sink, kettle and toaster.

Although there is no allocated parking with this home, you'll find plenty of street parking in the local area.

This home is accessed via a key safe just outside the property.

🚗 Parking: This home doesn't doesn't have any allocated parking but does have free street parking in the local area.
☕ Complimentary Amenities: We provide sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.
☕ We also provide salt and pepper for guests.
🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in the shower room.
🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are provided, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
If you need additional items or housekeeping for shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.
🛏 The zip and link bed can be split into single beds on request prior to check in.
🏡 This Studio home is attached to a larger, 4 bedroom home that is also let out for short term stays. Both properties are completely self contained and private.
🏡 The kitchenette comes equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and some basic utensils.
⏰ Check-In and Check-Out: Our check-in and check-out times are listed in the property information. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins, and we’ll update you on the day if this is possible.

- This home is strictly no smoking - this includes the outside space. Guests who wish to smoke must do this away from the property on the street outside.

- Out of respect for the nearby neighbourhood noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.
- Please ensure all waste and rubbish is placed outside in the bins provided.
