My home is an exquisitely designed Grade II Listed townhouse is in the heart of Stow on the Wold, a thriving Cotswolds market town.
With 3 king size beds and a pull out twin room, the house comfortably sleeps eight. The house is full of character, with exposed beams and beautiful Cotswold stone, together with two delightfully private gardens. The house is a balance of original features with a contemporary feel, and furnished to a superior standard throughout.
Step through the front door into a spacious and welcoming hallway, setting the tone for the comfort and style found throughout the home.
To your right, you’ll find a practical utility room, complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer—perfect for longer stays or post-walk refreshes. To the left sits a beautifully appointed kitchen, fully equipped for everything from relaxed breakfasts to celebratory dinners. Featuring a gas range, bean-to-cup coffee machine, Miele dishwasher, and a wide range of cookware, it’s a space designed with both convenience and enjoyment in mind.
As you move towards the rear of the property, the home opens into a stunning dining room, centred around a large oak table that comfortably seats eight—ideal for gathering together over memorable meals. Just beyond, the house flows into a cosy sitting room, where a fireplace creates a warm and inviting space to unwind after a day exploring the Cotswolds.
Heading upstairs to the first floor, the sense of space continues. On the right is the master king-size bedroom, a 4 poster bed and elegant retreat featuring a generous en-suite with a large walk-in shower.
Back on the landing, you’ll find a beautiful family bathroom complete with a striking roll-top bathtub—perfect for a relaxing soak. Opposite is a second king-size bedroom, offering plenty of space and lovely views over the garden.
Climb a further flight of stairs to the top floor, where you’ll discover two additional bedrooms. The first is a large and versatile room with a daybed that can be extended to sleep two guests comfortably. Walking through, you’ll find another inviting bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, creating a peaceful retreat tucked away at the top of the house. PLEASE NOTE; as the bedrooms connect, the set up may not be suitable for all guests. Please ask for further information as necessary.

The outdoor areas are just as impressive as the interiors. The property boasts two private gardens, offering both style and space to relax.
One garden features a contemporary outdoor dining setup, complete with a modern barbecue, fridge, and a large round table—perfect for long summer evenings and al fresco dining in a private, enclosed setting.
To the rear, a beautifully maintained lawned garden provides a second space to unwind, with comfortable modern seating and a large table that accommodates up to eight guests with ease.
From its thoughtfully designed interiors to its generous outdoor spaces, this home offers a perfect balance of comfort, character, and practicality—ideal for enjoying everything Stow-on-the-Wold and the surrounding Cotswolds have to offer.
Guests will enjoy private access to the whole townhouse, including all living spaces and both gardens, ensuring a comfortable and uninterrupted stay.
Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed but must not go upstairs.
The property does sleep 8 but please be aware that the top floor has interconnecting bedrooms with one bedroom containing a trundle bed.
No smoking or vaping in the property. No parties. Mind your head on the low beams.
