This newly constructed modern farmhouse is situated on arguably the most prime lake-view lot in the neighborhood. Sitting on the bluff with commanding views of Lake Chelan towards downtown. The best seat in the valley for the annual 4th of July Celebration and Fire Works show!

No expense was spared in this build. With 3 levels of luxury living including 3 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 6 custom built-in bunk beds. This house is built to sleep the masses, comfortably accommodating 18. Thoughtfully designed with the master suite on the main floor. So, while this home lives large it is perfect for a couple’s retreat or a friend’s weekend as well.

Upon entry, you will be met with a light and bright chef’s kitchen with a large open living room and soaring cathedral ceilings. The living room features a La Cantina sliding glass wall system that seamlessly extends the living space outdoors to the generous deck space and BBQ. The home is elegantly furnished with Restoration Hardware furniture and creative art pieces.

The kitchen is outfitted with beautiful granite countertops with bar stool seating for 4, as well as appliances from Viking and Subzero. If you are passionate about cooking and entertaining, enjoy using all of the tools/gadgets, small appliances & high-end feel of the kitchen. Gather around and enjoy the large dining area that seats 10.

A custom-built barn door will offer privacy from the main floor as you escape to the master bedroom and full bath. You will also have access to a spacious laundry room, complete with a washer/dryer/drying rack and a built-in ice machine.

Stay cozy indoors with a premium billiards table in the loft, a shuffleboard table in the media room, & ping pong table.

Sports lovers will enjoy access to DirectTV across 6 Sony Smart TVs. The media room includes a 75-inch TV, a 4K Blu-ray DVD, and an Xbox One.

Need to get a little work done? Bailey’s barn includes gigabit fiber internet and an industrial-grade WIFI network. A 240v ChargePoint EV charger is available in the garage to charge your Tesla or any other electric car.

Bailey’s Barn is designed for outdoor lovers who will enjoy views out of almost any window and the patio. Start your day with a cup of coffee or end your day with a glass of wine on the outdoor patio outfitted with an oversized BBQ. In addition, there is an outdoor fire pit and an upgraded hot tub with lake views.

Within walking are two community pools to choose from, pickleball, Vin du lac winery, marina & lakeside. Downtown Lake Chelan is a 20-minute walk.

This is a dog-friendly home, but please only crate-trained dogs. No puppies, aggressive dogs, or dogs over 90 pounds.
