"Sorry, but I have to say that this was not the five-star hotel experience I was expecting, especially considering the price we paid for our stay. The bathroom had a rather unpleasant smell of urine. When we reported this, the hotel took action and offered to change our room. However, as we had already unpacked and were only staying for two days, moving rooms was not really a practical option. The room itself was very dark, and the window overlooked some sort of strange pavement or rooftop,...

"Det var et vidunderligt ophold. Personalet var hjælpsomme og venlige."

"Room was spacious and nice! Perfect for me as a solo traveler! I will recommend for friends family and colleagues! Great experience!"

"Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful."

"El hotel está en una zona muy bonita. Está demasiado cerca del aeropuerto por lo que el traslado es muy sencillo. Muchos de los tours te recogen en una de las puertas del aeropuerto, por lo que no se va a batallar en ir alli. Se hacen aprox de 10 a 15min en uber/taxi del hotel al aeropuerto. Hay cerca tiendas de conveniencia, starbucks y restaurantes, se pueden ir a pie."

"It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. The staff was only onsite during certain hours, they kept my car key after parking my car and did not give...

"키 분실로 추가 요금을 지불했네요... 통상 그냥 주기도 하던데"

"The location is great, convenient for dining and getting to the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that the facilities were a bit old; the TV didn't work and the hairdryer couldn't be used at high temperatures. Surprisingly, the trash cans hadn't been emptied on the day of check-in! Aside from that, there really weren't any flaws."

"We stayed only one night but the bed was comfortable, the room super big, same with washroom. Ac available as it was hot outside. Location is ok, quiet and close to Bus station if you're planning to visit the crater. We walked to the night market so overall all good. I would stay here again."

"Excelente ubicacion, area limpia y muy comodo"
