In the basement, there is a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Wi-Fi is available. Outside, there is a small terrace at the rear, accessible from the living room, and a second terrace on the side of the house, below the kitchen. The property includes a shared, wooded garden of 4,000 m². Covered bicycle storage is available. Parking for two cars is possible within the property, and street parking is readily available.
