Chantal will welcome you near the village of CHAUZON in absolute tranquility close to the gorges of the Ardèche and the Ardèche Cévennes.
"La Coulée Douce", peaceful holiday home in a private property is ideally located to listen to nature. It will offer you calm, comfort and sweetness of life throughout your stay. For a capacity of 4 people, with a living area of 82 m2 on one level, garage of 20 m2 + covered terrace of 12 m2, where you breathe every morning an air of plenitude.

Very bright accommodation composed of:
- a large living room with lounge area (TV without BOX)-dining room-fully equipped kitchen with island.
- 1 bedroom / 1 bed 160 X 200 for 2 people
- 1 bedroom / 2 beds 90 X 200 for 2 people
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower + 2 sinks
- 1 separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron
Recently built, the house is equipped with heating/air conditioning in each room
Private garden not overlooked - garden furniture - 2 parking spaces inside the plot.
For baby available on request: cot + mattress-bath-high chair.
No WIFI
Board games + books + leaflets of the region available
NOTE that it is provided:
- bath linen ONLY FOR WASHING (1 bath towel/person + shower mat)
- bed linen
kitchen linen (2 dish towels + placemats)

The whole house is at your disposal during your stay, Thank you for respecting the premises. It is located on the bottom of the plot of the owners Chantal and Philippe. We live in a house on the top of the plot and are very discreet people. We will be able to respond easily and quickly to your needs if necessary.

Our cottage will be a good starting point for the practice of many outdoor activities:
- Morning walk along the banks of the Ardèche river 400 meters from the cottage on foot and the whole village offers you different swimming spots.
- Donkey ride for children - fishing activity - hiking - mountain biking - climbing in the limestone cliffs of the Cirque de Gens (5 minutes from the cottage by car).
At the crossroads of many tourist sites, leisure activities and villages to discover:
- Canoeing/kayaking (pick-up either in Chauzon or Pradons) - Water sports and leisure center ISLA COOL DOUCE (at the entrance of Chauzon) magnificent sandy beach and a secure and supervised swimming pool-paddling pool area - Greenway 3 kms from the cottage - Visit of different caves (CHAUVET 2-LA COCALIERE-L'AVEN D'ORGNAC) - The Pont d'Arc in Vallon Pont d'Arc (15 kms from the gîte)- Caving - Tree climbing in the town of Grospierres.
