"We (a family of 2 adults and 2 children) stayed 4 days at Bagan Thiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel is very helpful. There is a really nice pool area and a nice – but expensive - restaurant at the hotel. The hotel is located a little bit out of the center of Old Bagan, you can walk to the restaurants in Old Bagan in 20 minutes, but we rented a scooter, which makes is really easy to get around to all the sights."

"Fantastic hostel, the sister hostel to Ostello Bello just down the road. This location is a bit more quiet than the other and has the advantage of the pool on site. Ostello Bello provides a lot of great group activities with easy to understand sign ups at a reasonable cost. Bagan is a place where most people want to get up early to see the sunrise and this hostel actually allows for quiet time starting early enough for anyone to get a good night’s rest.
