One Of A Kind townhouse with mountainline views of the city

This property is a unique three level one bedroom townhouse accompanied with one and a half bathrooms. Features one King bedroom with full bathroom on the 3rd level with a private balcony view of the city and mountainline. Great for sunrises and sunsets coupled with coffee or an evening drink. On the 2nd level is the full kitchen along with barstool seating that has a private balcony as well and features a swingchair with a greenery grass wall for a quiet reading of a book, a nap, or nice pictures perhaps. There is also 2 twin sized foam mattress rollaway beds in this space for extra guests to enjoy a comfortable sleep. On the 1st level is the livingroom or space that features an unique look with a floating electric fireplace console accompanied by 2 full sized couches for lodging or for 2 more guests to sleep. The property has very fast and reliable WIFI which is key because this is the GIG CITY so why not have the best and fastest service. There are lots of amenities available at this prime location that is a light jog away from downtown and just minutes from everything else. The TVs are SmartTvs with apps for your viewing pleasure! Guests love the peaceful experience of this location and how quiet the community is also. Experience a clean and right at home type of stay with a different look, style, and feel from each level that compliment this zen fulfill home. There is one reserved parking spot that belongs to the townhome and free street parking as well. Also as a featured bonus to this location...Oddstory Brewery is less than a 2 minute walk from the property. We apologize but no parties, pets, or smoking in the property and extra fees or possible termination of reservation may apply. Also please refrain from bringing the outside furniture into the property to avoid cross contamination and possible bug infestation. *THOROUGHLY BLEACH CLEANED AND SANITIZED*

Our stay here was fantastic. The home was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a really nice arcade that added a fun touch as well as the one of a kind wall art area very nice for pictures. The kitchen was great, and having reserved parking made everything super convenient.Adrienne’s communication was top-notch before and during our stay — she was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. She even provided us with a list of local places to visit, which we appreciated and used during our trip. The location was also perfect; everything we wanted to do was never too far away.If you’re looking for a place to stay, go ahead and try this one out. It’s a really nice spot, and I honestly wouldn’t mind booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

The townhouse was very nicely decorated. There's even a cute "One of a Kind" accent wall for photo ops on the 2nd level. The unit was located in the industrial/commerical district with underwhelming "mountain/city" views. It was supplied with the basic needs kitchenware, towels, & toiletries. The bed was our least favorite as it had a memoryfoam mattress, which was extremely firm. Also, we had an issue with the electonic keypad to the unit after checking in. We had to contract the property POC to assist with resetting the locks. It was getting hung up after locking & would sometime try to reset after being inside.

Unit was very clean and as described and pictured. Great location that is close to many restaurants and attractions. Oddstory Brewery and Scoop Around ice cream are very close with several other restaurants nearby on E. Main St. The weather was great for a few evenings relaxing on one of the two balconies. Communication with the host was excellent

The place was very clean. The hostess responded quickly with answers but gave us our privacy to enjoy our stay. The coffee provided was very much appreciated....There was an amazing brewery right next door which was a huge bonus for us.

My partner and I stayed at this townhouse for a 4-day trip for our 1-year anniversary. Adrienne made everything super easy for us to enjoy our stay! I didn't really have to contact her at all because everything was explained very well, and we had easy access to everything there. She would consistently check on us throughout the trip just to make sure we were doing okay and see if we had any questions for her. We had our own parking spot right in front of the front door, so we didn't have to fight for parking. The location is PERFECT for being close to downtown Chattanooga. We went to the Hunter Museum and the Aquarium, as well as a few other places within the city, and they were all less than 15 minutes away! Oddstory Brewing Company is literally RIGHT next to the property, so my partner and I walked right next door and grabbed some amazing food and brought it back with us to watch a movie. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good spot in Chatt. When I come back to go to Rock City, I will definitely be choosing this property again! :)

This condo was so great! It was decorated so cute and everything looked new and spotless. It was a great location and there was a cool brewery practically next door. The communication with the host was easy and had very fast response times. We will definitely stay here again upon our return to Chattanooga.

This was our first time visiting Chattanooga. We didnt know where to stay but we found this gem on line. We couldnt have found a better place. One of a Kind townhouse was within a 5 to 15 min drive to everything we wanted to do. Also there is a brewery/restaurant that is only a 2 min walk. Adrienne was the best. She will respond to any of your questions within a couple minutes. Her townhouse is very clean and has everything you need. If we venture to Chattanooga again we will definitely stay at One of a Kind. Thank you Adrienne for making our first trip to Chattanooga so enjoyable.

Chattanooga Stay

We had a great time staying at this condo! Exactly as described, very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed made sleeping great. Quiet area but close to everything, restaurants, bars and a brewery in walking distance. This is a 3 story condo so there are flights of stairs if you have mobility issues. Great communication, easy check in.

Short weekend getaway

My Sister and I wanted to get away for a few days and came to Chattanooga. We could not of chosen a better place to stay. The home is beautiful and spotless. Adrienne was awesome and responded back quickly and made sure we had everything we need. We will definitely be coming back.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The property was clean and neat and we had excellent communication with our host. This property is close to many great restaurants and you can even walk a few steps to a brewery! Great stay!

Nicely placed and appointed house , easy to get to and from by car (and on foot for us as well) . Excellent communication from owner and quick help with anything needed. Enjoyed local brew bar craft beers etc as a bonus.
