    Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

    This 3-story Chattanooga townhome offers a comfortable home base near downtown, the Riverwalk, and Lookout Mountain. The first floor features the main living space, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, and a sleeper sofa, making it easy for guests to gather after a day exploring the city. Guests can enjoy sunset views along Lookout Mountain and spend time outside on the private patio.

    The second floor includes two guest bedrooms, a full guest bathroom, and a laundry area with a large-capacity washer and dryer. One bedroom features a queen bed and additional twin air mattress, and the other features a twin-over-full bunk bed. A hallway library with a collection of books adds a thoughtful touch for guests who want a quiet moment during their stay.

    The third floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite, which features vaulted ceilings, a generous sitting area, workspace, private coffee bar, king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony.     Parking:

    There is 1 reserved parking space, labeled 1405, and one additional unmarked parking space available for guest use. No more than 2 parking passes are provided per reservation. Your parking pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Violators are subject to towing at vehicle owner's expense. Should your group have more than 2 vehicles, additional vehicles may street park on St. Elmo Ave.

    Chattanooga-native hosts live nearby should you need anything during your stay. They are also happy to provide local activity and restaurant recommendations.

    A dumpster is located in the parking lot for guest trash disposal and recycling. Prior to departure, please bag your trash and properly dispose of in the dumpster or recycling bin.

    A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
