When you walk into this charming 1930s home, you'll find many unique spaces to unwind and cozy up. This newly updated home is not perfect and still has the original creaky floors, however it offers so many special features to fit everyone's needs in your group. In addition to the three comfy bedrooms outfitted with bamboo sheets, you'll find a beautiful work space to create, read or write. The music room provides many windows to enjoy the sunlight, strum the guitar or watch your little ones play with the many toys provided. The living room space has its own small library for both children and adults, along with the most comfortable leather sofa with chaise. At the back of the house there is a movie/game room, equipped with a movie projector and foosball table, that walks out into a secluded outdoor retreat. A covered patio, includes an easy-to-lite gas fire pit, outdoor furniture to sit and chat with your friends and family while watching the wildlife and view of a beautiful mural designed and painted by a local artist. Outside we also provide an 8 ft picnic table, BBQ grill and another outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs and corn hole. This house is cozy, beautifully appointed and has close proximity to all of Chattanooga's gems both hidden and famous.
