On the third floor, you’ll find your private master suite featuring a luxurious king bed, a large closet, and ensuite bathroom. Off the master is a convenient office nook and a covered balcony — perfect for sipping your morning coffee while you watch the city wake up.

On the second floor, a comfortable queen bedroom awaits with its own full bath just steps away.

The main living level offers a stylish living room with streaming-capable smart TV, and the kitchen is fully stocked — everything you need from cookware to coffee makers for whipping up your favorite meals.

Practical comforts include an in-unit washer and dryer, and your very own garage parking space — no hunting for street parking here.

We welcome your four-legged family members too: this pet-friendly complex even features an on-site dog park in the courtyard, so your pup can stretch out and socialize.

Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own.

-Absolutely NO smoking inside the home or on the balcony area. If you do smoke please step outside of the first floor and do so away from the home and throw away any trash outside. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in termination of your reservation with no refund, and an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation.

-Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee and a max of two. Please clean up after your pets!

Biohazard Cleaning Fee:
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
