Gîte Fidel offers all the comforts you need, with views of the pool and our small animals. It accommodates up to four guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace for outdoor dining.



Bed linen, towels, and household linens are included in your stay.



Cleaning service is available for an extra fee if desired.



For stays over 4 nights, guests have access to a laundry area with a washing machine.

A car is essential to reach Gîte Fidel; a secure parking space is provided free of charge.

Our small hamlet is located in a listed village, just 7 minutes by car from Beauval Zoo and at the heart of a region rich in heritage and nature. Le Hameau du Peu is a peaceful retreat for travelers.

Our small hamlet is a peaceful haven, located in the village of Châteauvieux with views of its castle. On our 3-hectare property, you’ll find three independent accommodations: the Gavroche cottage for 4–6 guests, the Fidel cottage for 4 guests, and the Happy cottage for 2 guests. If you wish, all three can be rented together. There’s a pool, a playground, and for the delight of all ages, our friendly animals (ponies, miniature donkeys, etc.) are on site.



Staying in our cottages also means enjoying our beautiful village! In the heart of Val de Cher, close to Amboise, Chenonceaux, and Valençay, the area is known for its heritage: castle, hydraulic balance, troglodyte houses, vineyards, wine museum, and more. Just 5 minutes from Beauval Zoo by car.
