Welcome to AppartCosy 27 L'Epine, a charming rural cottage located in Châteaubourg, perfect for welcoming up to 9 people! Nestled in the heart of the Breton countryside, this house is fully equipped and offers ideal comfort for vacations with family or friends.

Installed in a large authentic farmhouse, this spacious and warm living space benefits from original materials that give it all its charm. The through living room is bright and inviting relaxation. You will be able to fully enjoy this cosy lounge while watching your favorite series thanks to TV subscriptions included in your stay. Note that the living room fireplace is not functional.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. You will also have all the utensils and dishes to prepare your meals with complete peace of mind.

The accommodation includes 2 master bedrooms with a queen-size bed and 1 single bed each, as well as a fitted mezzanine offering an ideal workspace for remote workers or a cozy corner for children. In this space there is also a trundle bed (1 or 2 modular beds) and a sofa/chaise lounge. A spacious bathroom with shower, 2 separate toilets and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer) complete the facilities.

Individual gas heating ensures your comfort throughout the year, while WiFi connection keeps you connected. The property features a large garden with green views, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Located at the end of a quiet path, this house offers a peaceful and rural setting. You will benefit from private parking with 4 spaces in the immediate vicinity. Direct access to hiking trails and cycling paths from the back of the property will allow you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature.
