When we reached they gave us a room on 2nd floor with no view except if you stand up by the window!!!! they said no ground floor rooms as they are for their regular customers!!! I ordered a non smoking room, the room was full of smoke oder, and the other room they offered is half the area of the room we had and with bad odor as well. The hair dryer was not working, we had...
