Staff were wonderful, room was clean, aircon most welcome, nice strong shower, really great value for money and a convenient location with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a giant supermarket across the road. They have a microwave on-site for guests to use, which was handy as we were there for several nights. But when we did fancy takeout, they had a machine in the lobby to order from local restaurants, and the food was delivered to our room. Best thing...

"Spent a weekend at Cazaudehore, visiting family in Le Vesinet. Enjoyed the hotel, even though the room and interior is a bit dated. The big disappointment was the restaurant where we had breakfast. First morning, the power was out. Accidents can happen to anyone, but the important thing is how these are handled and how they treat their guests in those situations.
Here, we came in to a dark restaurant, with one waiter and another guy running around. No one addressed us, explaining the situation...

"Citizen M is a different kind of hotel. Minimalistic rooms and great common spaces. I like this concept a lot. The personnel is always attentive and nice. The breakfast is great. "Bookede hotellet for udsigten som alle andre. Noget kaotisk indtjekning hvor vi faktisk var nødt til at flytte værelse pga røglugt og kæmpe spindelvæv. Værelserne virker slidte i forhold til prisen men uanset så er det en oplevelse at have sin egen altan ud til ikoniske Tour de Eiffel. Rooftop baren var åben med en skøn udsigt. Dejlig morgenmad og sødt personale… synes dog stadig at value for money halter lidt. "

We complained to the staff because we culdnt sleep due to the heat, but they didnt wanted to turn on the system, because they could save money.. Worst sleep for years..

"Location was great! Quite quiet and safe area, but still a lot of restaurants around and walking distance to Arc de Triomphe.
We had gotten the first room, so it was very loud (also at night), you could hear everybody coming and going, breakfast being served, ”receptionist” coughing etc. We stayed for 4 nights, so hotel could have considered to give us a room a bit further down the hallway.
There was no hooks or a cabinet to hang any clothes or jackets.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend - definetely good value for money! "

Jeg havde en virkelig dejlig oplevelse på dette hotel. Morgenmaden var en fantastisk overraskelse – langt bedre end forventet, med et stort udvalg og lækre friske råvarer.
Værelset var rummeligt og komfortabelt, især taget i betragtning, at vi var i Paris, hvor plads ofte er en luksus. Det var smagfuldt indrettet og gav en følelse af velvære.
Beliggenheden var også helt perfekt. Hotellet ligger i et område med flere gode restauranter inden for gåafstand, hvilket gjorde det nemt at finde lækker mad uden at skulle langt væk.
Alt i alt en virkelig god oplevelse, og jeg vil helt sikkert vende tilbage!"
"Travelling as a family of 5 (with 3 children between 9 and 15y.o.) this hotel was a brilliant fit for us.
The theme and asethetic was to the kids taste, and the style and layout of the 6 sleeper room was great - each child had their own "pod" and they really enjoyed this.
The room was very clean, the bathroom spotless (no mold etc) and separate toilet room / bathroom was appreciated by all.
The location of the hotel is great, within walking of Eiffel tower or a short metro ride - being close to the metro also then allows to you to easily sightsee everything else Paris has to offer.
Foyer has 5 "arcade" machines (basic video game emulator in a cabinet) and these were popular.
Breakfast was good, nothing to blow your socks off, but good and the pastries were very fresh and delicious.
all in all, a great little hotel, well positioned, but you do pay for that location - even still, if you have the budget, it is worth it. "
