• No indoor smoking
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval.
• Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.
• No parties allowed.
• Small gatherings are subject to approval.
• Pets are not allowed.`
• Please take care of your trash during your stay. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.

Guests will have full access to the entire home EXCEPT for:
1. Main bedroom walk-in robe
2. Neighbours` Jetty
3. Neighbour`s backyard.
